Background - Mr. Ramey is a Certified Public Accountant and has over twenty five years accounting, tax and financial related experience. Mr. Ramey received his B.S. in Business and Public Administration (emphasis in accounting) from the University of Texas at Dallas (Dallas, Texas). Instrumental and a principal/shareholder in developing the company, structure idea and strategy that resulted in the U.S. Government receiving settlements of over $450,000,000 from all Major Oil Companies from 1995-2002.

This is significant in that the areas examed in a "No Change" audit cannot be audited but the IRS for the succeding two years!
Planned and managed audits for U.S. largest Saddle manufacturing company, U.S. largest seller of Vendors Single Interest Insurance, and worked with big five firms on technology audits.
Litigation Support- Instrumental in developing strategy, performed forensic accounting work, and provided expert witness testimony that led to uncovering fraud perpetrated against a client that allowed a $5,100,000 verdict to be reached in favor of the firms client.
